Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as supplements, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at contact us with your order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please remember that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us so we can investigate.
